  3. Mid-size car: Honda Accord, BMW 3 Series

  4. Full-size car: Chrysler 300, Mercedes E Class

  5. Sports car: Chevrolet Corvette, Nissan Z

  6. Convertible: Chrysler Sebring, Mazda Miata

  7. Minivan: Ford Galaxy, Chrysler Town & Country

  8. Compact SUV: BMW X3, Honda CR-V

  9. Mid-size SUV: Ford Explorer, Jeep Grand Cherokee

  10. Full-size SUV: Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban

  11. Mid-size pickup truck: Chevrolet Colorado, Ford Ranger

  12. Full-size pickup: Dodge Ram, GMC Sierra

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, compared with other vehicle types, sport utility vehicles experienced the highest rollover rates in fatal crashes (33.7 percent) and in injury crashes (10.2 percent).  Large trucks, pickups, and SUVs experienced the highest rollover rates in property-damage-only crashes (2.2 percent).1
