TransUnion Class Action Lawsuit Claim

General Information

TransUnion violated your privacy rights under the Federal Credit Reporting Act by selling your personal credit information.  As part of a settlement agreement, TransUnion has established a $75 million fund.

To make a claim against the settlement fund, you must be 28 years of age or older.  In addition, you must have applied for or acquired credit between the years 1987-2000.  Qualifying credit includes a credit card, gas card, department store card, bank loan, home loan, car loan, student loan, etc.  Finally, all claims must be filed by September 16, 2010.

O’Hanlon, McCollom & Demerath is collaborating with the firm of Watts Guerra Craft LLP to assist you in pursuing your TransUnion claim.  The association with Watts Guerra Craft LLP will not have an effect on the fee arrangement.
